1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and abc33 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the abc33 online gaming platform, including our website located at https://abc33.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To use the abc33 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of using the Services.
3. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

6. You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform for violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe, or if we determine that you do not meet the eligibility criteria, we may suspend or permanently close your Account and withhold any funds or winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and banking details. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any changes to your personal details. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to deposits, withdrawals, or Account verification, and may lead to Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your password with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You are responsible for all transactions made through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-fraud measures, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as KTP or Indonesian passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours but may be longer during peak periods or if additional checks are required. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

abc33 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your Account tier.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may be affected by your bank's systems or network issues. abc33 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited into your Account must be your own legally obtained funds; we prohibit the use of funds obtained through illegal activities or money laundering.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and payment method.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during Indonesian business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). VIP members may receive expedited processing. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Withdrawals may be declined if your Account has not completed KYC verification, if there is suspicious activity on your Account, or if you have outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Before you may withdraw funds, you must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover requirement). This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. If you accept a bonus, additional wagering requirements will apply as specified in the bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in withdrawal requests being declined.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

abc33 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before they can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players; any abuse or exploitation of promotional offers, including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers at our sole discretion. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise specified. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be permanently closed, and all funds and winnings forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

All games offered on the abc33 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or any player. We regularly audit our games through independent testing agencies to verify fairness and RTP (Return to Player) accuracy.

You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension or closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting patterns.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment reversals, or providing false information.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through any means, including creating multiple accounts.

If we detect any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to void all related bets, confiscate all funds in your Account, and close your Account permanently. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, we may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

abc33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools through your Account settings at any time.

If you believe gambling is negatively impacting your life, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature, which allows you to close your Account for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional materials.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to user error, unauthorized Account access, or third-party actions.
• Technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions to service availability.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or displayed balances (subject to our error correction policy).
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposits, withdrawals, or customer support response times.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using the Services and close your Account. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the abc33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of abc33 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

The abc33 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of abc33. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to use our trademarks or branding in any manner.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures.
